Tania Gunadi

“Pliny”
Talent: StuGo

Tania Gunadi voices Pliny, a fun-loving, curious and passionate idealist, in “StuGo,” an original animated series about six middle schoolers who get tricked into attending a fake academic summer camp by a mad scientist. What started as three months of learning transforms into an adventure of a lifetime on a tropical island filled with mind-reading manatees, giant fighting fungi, and fashion-forward mutants.

Born in Bandung, Indonesia, Gunadi moved to Los Angeles when she obtained her green card. She began her career as an actress when a friend encouraged her to audition for a Disneyland commercial. When, to her delight, she booked the role, she became hooked on acting. Not long after that, she landed television and film roles for both live-action and animation shows, including “Transformers Prime,” “Aaron Stone,” “Go Figure,” “The Magic of Ordinary Days,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “Bizaardvark,” “Sofia The First,” “Enlisted,” “Avatar Generations,” “Pixel Perfect,” “DC Super Hero Girls,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero.”
Alongside her love for acting and storytelling, Gunadi has recently been exploring her desire to write. Having spent the last couple of years learning from professionals, she finished her first screenplay. Entitled “Teddy,” it is a story about a man and his dog, for which she won the Cassian Elwes Screenwriting Fellowship at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
