Kevin Michael Richardson
Kevin Michael Richardson is the voice of Sebastian in “Disney Jr.’s Ariel,” an animated musical series inspired by “The Little Mermaid” that follows young mermaid princess Ariel as she embarks on fun-filled, action-packed adventures with her friends throughout their Caribbean-inspired fairytale kingdom of Atlantica.
In 2019, Richardson was nominated for a Primetime EmmyⓇ Award for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for “F is for Family.” His most recognizable voice-over characters include Jerome in “Family Guy,” Principal Lewis in “American Dad,” Cleveland Brown Jr. in “The Cleveland Show” and Captain Gantu in both the film and television versions of Disney’s “Lilo & Stitch.”
Richardson’s additional animated series and video game credits include “The Simpsons,” “The Powerpuff Girls,” “Justice League,” Disney’s “Higglytown Heroes,” “Teen Titans,” “Ben 10: Alien Force,” “The Spectacular Spider-Man,” “Fairly Odd Parents,” “SpongeBob SquarePants,” “The Proud Family,” “Avatar: The Last Airbender,” “Kim Possible,” “Trolls: The Beat Goes On!,” “The Boss Baby: Back in Business,” “Guardians of the Galaxy” series, “The Adventures of Puss and Boots,” “The Penguins of Madagascar” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Richardson has also appeared in ABC’s “The Knights of Prosperity” and “Like Family.”
