Elizabeth Phoenix Caro voices Lucia in “Disney Jr.’s Ariel,” an animated musical series inspired by “The Little Mermaid” that follows young mermaid princess Ariel as she embarks on fun-filled, action-packed adventures with her friends throughout their Caribbean-inspired fairytale kingdom of Atlantica.
A bilingual Latina actress, Caro began her entertainment journey at four years old when her parents enrolled her in acting classes. Early on, she attended music events like Premios Lo Nuestro and Premios Tu Mundo alongside her father, renowned Mexican singer Regulo Caro.
Caro made her feature film debut in “Dog Days” and has found success in both live-action and animated projects. Her film and television credits include the Disney’s Academy AwardⓇ-winning “Encanto,” ABC’s “The Conners,” “How I Met Your Father,” “A.P. Bio,” Disney Jr.’s “T.O.T.S.,” ABC’s “Station 19,” “Flamin’ Hot,” “The Christmas Chronicles,” “The Old Ways,” “La Mancha,” “Listen To Your Vegetables & Eat Your Parents,” “In Wonderland” and the upcoming film “Little Bites,” produced by Cher.
Currently residing in Long Beach, California, Caro loves painting, drawing and playing with her siblings.
