Christian J. Simon
Christian J. Simon stars as Gilbert, Marshall’s smart and honest 12-year-old best friend with a wry sense of humor, in Disney Channel’s contemporary comedic remake of the 1997 Halloween classic “Under Wraps.”
Simon is best known for his role as Leo, young Max Reynolds’ quick-witted yet supportive and level-headed best friend, in Disney Channel’s daughter/father comedy “Sydney to the Max.”
Born on Dec. 26, 2007, in New Iberia, Louisiana, Simon began his professional acting career in 2016 and has already accumulated an impressive list of television credits. A talented voice actor, he has voiced characters in the animated Disney Junior series “Puppy Dog Pals” as well as “The Amazing World of Gumball,” where he performed the song “All Hail All Hallow’s Eve!” For his voice role as Freddy, a kind-hearted flamingo, in Disney Junior’s animated series “T.O.T.S.,” Simon received a Daytime Emmy® Award nomination for Outstanding Performer in a Preschool Animated Program.
His additional credits include “Insecure,” “The Mick,” “The Loud House,” “Teachers,” “Alexa & Katie,” “We Bare Bears” and “Future Man.”
He is an avid dancer who is passionate about health and fitness, cooking, and enjoys hanging out with his friends and family in his spare time. Simon currently resides in Los Angeles with his family.
