Aliki Theofilopoulos
Aliki Theofilopoulos began her career animating on iconic Disney films, including “Hercules” and “Tarzan,” before moving into television as a story artist, writer, director and executive producer. Her work includes the hit series “Descendants Wicked World” and “Phineas and Ferb,” where she was nominated for Emmys® as both writer and songwriter. Theofilopoulos also received an esteemed Annecy International nomination for her work on Disney’s “Mickey Mouse” as well as for the short “Doctor Lollipop.” She then worked at DreamWorks as an executive producer on Apple TV+’s “Doug Unplugs” and the Netflix series “Dew Drop Diaries.” She has since made her return to Disney as an executive producer on “ZOMBIES: The Re-Animated Series” while also developing other exciting projects with the studio. Theofilopoulos has spoken at various universities (DePaul, USC, Cal Arts) and even gave a TEDx Talk in Athens, Greece. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, songwriter and music producer Eman Kiriakou, and their five children, her favorite characters of them all.
