Executive Producer: The View

Brian Teta is the Emmy® and DuPont Award-winning executive producer who marks his 10th season at “The View” in season 28.

Teta joined “The View” as co-executive producer beginning in season 19 and was named executive producer at the start of season 21 in 2017. “The View” was honored with the Outstanding Informative Talk Show Daytime Emmy® Award in June 2020. Under Teta’s leadership, “The View” is the most-watched daytime talk show for the fourth consecutive season, growing in overall viewers to hit a three-year high and is watched in more households than any other talk show in America.

In addition to his role at “The View,” Teta served as executive producer for ABC’s first live Oscars® post-show for the 89th Academy Awards® in February 2017. Prior to joining “The View,” Teta spent 11 years at “The Late Show with David Letterman” as supervising producer. He worked on virtually every aspect of the show, from producing celebrity guests, cooking segments, outdoor stunts and variety acts to booking political guests and sports stars. His previous daytime experience includes producer for “Ricki Lake,” “The Montel Williams Show” and “Judge Hatchett.”

Teta is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and currently resides in Rockville Centre, New York, with his wife, Heather, and their two daughters, Grace and Lily.
