Logline: The competition is taken to an all-time high as host Taniya Nayak judges Heavyweight displays. Then, the Uszaki, Shotts, Tinnin and Salazar families compete for the $50,000 grand prize and Light Fight trophy awarded by judge Carter Oosterhouse.

Extended Logline: The competition is taken to an all-time high as host Taniya Nayak selects who will be crowned our Heavyweight Champion on a new episode of “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” In Albuquerque, New Mexico, the River of Lights holiday display takes Christmas to an all-new height creating a 1.5-mile-long trail of handcrafted light sculptures complete with over 1.6 million twinkling lights, 700-plus designs and a one-ton Brachiosaurus. The NYC Winter Lantern Festival brings Chinese tradition to Staten Island, New York, displaying over 1,000 handcrafted lanterns featuring authentic Chinese designs. Garden Lights Holiday Nights transforms the 20-acre botanical garden in Atlanta, Georgia, into an enchanted forest lit with over 60,000 lights showcasing nature’s true beauty. At Space Center Houston, Galaxy Lights launches viewers through a rocket ship tunnel and into a dazzling universe full of shooting stars, astronauts, and planet constellations in Houston, Texas.

Extended Logline: Judge Carter Oosterhouse continues the festivities as the Uszaki family levels up on the competition creating a handmade video-game-themed light display decked with classic video game decor in Deptford, New Jersey. The Shotts family transforms their property into a dazzling walk-through display, a six-month project that incorporates numerous holiday elements, almost half a million lights, and so much more in Florence, South Carolina. The Tinnin family creates a Victorian Christmas village using almost all second-hand products leaving the families of Bay City, Texas, in awe. The Salazar family creates a display that is red-carpet ready and full of classic decor in South Gate, California. Tune in to find out who wins the coveted Light Fight trophy on an all-new episode of “The Great Christmas Light Fight.”
