Amirah broke onto the scene in season nine of Showtime’s hit series “Shameless,” in which she played the dynamic Xan opposite Emmy® and Golden Globe® winner Jeremy Allen White. Her performance in this series left a memorable impression on viewers, fellow cast members and filmmakers alike.

In addition to acting, Amirah is an accomplished cheerleader, hip-hop dancer and gymnast. A native of Washington D.C., Amirah currently resides in Los Angeles with her family, who provides a constant source of support and inspiration.
